Endless cleaning, prepping, organizing and trying to make everything perfect for baby.
Is this called nesting?
Yeah–probably. But at 24 weeks? I’m going to drive myself crazy for the next 15 weeks!
I’m very much a minimalist, but kids sure make that impossible. So. Much. Stuff. Imagine my stress level with stuff e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e.
So this is me trying to be minimal in the things I purchase. I’ve got to be picky, and I’m totally okay with that. Z has 5 totes full of clothes and he’s only 16 months. Can’t have that happen again!
One of the things I wanted to get for this little girl (okay okay, I mean…for myself) is a diaper bag backpack, because I learned the first time around that I need all hands on deck when leaving the house. Even though I got very good at doing things one-handed!
Oh, and of course I wanted to look stylish, too. So the winning diaper bag backpack for Monica…a Miss Fong!
It’s so classy looking, simply designed, soooo many spacious pockets, an insulated pocket, wipes pocket and a shoulder strap + stroller straps. And it has a one year warrantee with great customer service!
And the best part:
IT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE A DIAPER BAG!
I ordered it in “grey” which is more of a cream in my opinion, but I love it! It’s also bigger than I anticipated which is awesome! I can carry…everything!
I haven’t even gotten to use this for the new baby yet, but I’m sure you guessed it…I used it the next time I left the house. Wish I had one of these the whole time! I walked from the car with the backpack on, while holding Z and it was a breeze!
If you’re looking for a great, quality-made diaper bag, look no further. You can buy it off amazon (prime shipping is my BFF!) and it’s very affordable compared to similar diaper bag backpacks that have been on my wishlist for ages (Lily Jade and Fawn Design to name a few…)
Would probably make the best baby shower gift, too. Because who wouldn’t love to open a gorgeous, functional diaper bag?!? WIN!
