Our Modular: the Living Room

Welcome back to our modular home tour! We’ve been in here for over two weeks now and it’s been a dream!

I hope you got to join us for our master suite tour, and if you haven’t, check it out.

I’m very excited to share with you our living room, the room that entertains and gives us a sense of community as we are together.

I’ve decorated everything to match the dark walnut beams in the ceiling. They draw everything together. They’re one of my favorite things that came with our modular home.

Our fireplace mantel is from Ameriwood Home and it really makes the room feel warm and cozy! It was another piece I had to put together, and it took a good chunk of time, but it was well worth it. I love that it’s what you see when you walk in the front door and it looks so clean and sophisticated.

I’m still in the process of figuring out what to put on the shelves that will be kid, dog and cat friendly, hahahahaha.

Plants are my thing and I love that they add so much life to the room, too. My fiddle leaf fig loves her spot by the window, and I love her!

Our leather ottoman from Nathan Home is so classy and perfect for hiding my blanket obsession. It’s so study, and took 5 minutes to put together! The dogs and kids love to lay and play on it, too.

This space is where we spend a majority of our time as a family, so I’ve spent a lot of time making it feel inviting and cozy!

Hope you’ll stay tuned for more room tours, coming soon!
