Our Modular: the Nursery

Slowly but surely we are making progress in our new home! I wanted to share our next room, Charlie’s Nursery!

This room is special to me, because this is C’s first room of her own since her birth, and I wanted to make it hers. I spent a lot of time adding details to make it attractive to her and try to keep with my minimalistic mindset.

A big thank you to Trend Lab for making her Nursery even more special, since we love elephants and the Playful Elephant set is PERFECT.

I added in our Lorena Canals washable rug for extra coziness. I think it adds a lot to the room.

C adores her plush blanket as well as her flannel sheets and flannel changing pad cover. They’re all so cozy and soft and warm (and so cute!!)

We had a 10’x10′ space to work with, that’s including the closet, which is a decent size! Both kids rooms are the same. This room just happens to be the exact same set up as Z’s room in our old house, which is pretty cool. Except there is a lot more closet space this time (that I haven’t even started filling yet, ha ha.)

I also added a special piece I found at an antique shop…the beautiful footstool that was perfect for the glider rocker.

I love spending time in this girl’s room. Hope you enjoyed seeing it, stay tuned for more!
